My local PBS station was off the air for about a year (except the Spanish version), and management was finally passed over to two local colleges (UCF and Brevard community college). With this change came additional channels, and each channel was a different type of PBS. To make a long story short...I LOVE Create TV. It's like HGTV, Food Network, Travel Channel, & TLC (before they played bad reality shows) combined!
My favorite cooking shows right now are:
Cook's Country: From America's Test Kitchen
Christina (even though she's a bit mean and vegan)
and
Sarah's weeknight meals
Martha Stewarts's Cooking School
If you never watch PBS, you need to start. So find out if your local PBS sttaion carries Create TV: http://www.createtv.com/Home.
